Second, Garner Research Agent, a behind the scenes tool that significantly accelerates our ability to quickly and accurately measure and understand clinical performance at scale. Through Garner Research Agent, we ensure our provider rankings remain the most comprehensive and accurate in the industry.
A faster and smarter path to the right care
Garner Assistant will be a one-stop shop that helps members handle many of the most common (and laborious) healthcare tasks, including:
- Finding high-quality doctors recommended by Garner’s data-driven provider rankings
- Viewing appointment availability and booking visits
- Understanding health plan details and Garner benefits
- Checking claims, payments, and reimbursement status
- Getting guidance on how to make the most of their healthcare coverage
The feature is available 24/7 in-app and works alongside the Concierge Team — delivering instant answers for everyday needs and seamless human support for complex situations.
Garner Assistant will also surface timely reminders, preparing members for upcoming care and guiding them to the right resources at the right moment.

Our newly developed Garner Research Agent reinforces this foundation by ensuring that Garner’s clinical metrics remain the most rigorous and up-to-date in the industry. This advanced AI automatically reviews the latest medical literature and translates it into algorithms that parse the quality and efficiency of every doctor in the country. As a result, our metrics remain the most comprehensive - covering 82 specialties - but also the most accurate in the country.
