HUB advisors win new clients and deliver cost savings nationally with Garner

HUB’s collaboration with Garner has grown from a handful of clients in Chicago to eight offices coast to coast, with 15 mutual clients and 11 new clients added in 2024—a 5x increase from the prior year. Self-funded manufacturer drives 26.7% decrease in net paid claims after one year with Garner

A regional manufacturing company had previously offered a variable copay plan, which confused employees about which doctors were the best performers and left them facing significant out-of-pocket costs. To improve the employee experience and health outcomes, this organization dropped their variable copay plan and introduced Garner on their PPO and HSA plans to stabilize costs.

With this shift, members paid $0 when they saw a Garner-recommended provider, and Garner made it easy to find top-performing doctors with availability in their area, resulting in a 74% reduction of out-of-pocket costs for employees, and a reduction of -26.7% in net paid claims.
