Alexander (Alex) Weisse is an attorney with vast experience with the legal issues regarding business formation and operation, especially in regard to health care providers. Alex was admitted to the practice law in the State of California in 2007.
Prior to joining Garner Health Law Corporation, Alex worked as in-house counsel for several ambulatory surgery centers and medical practices throughout California. Alex was involved in all legal aspects of business operations, including compliance on corporate formalities and advertising, working with insurance companies to make sure that they received the information that they needed to best process payments, and review all contractual issues touching upon a health care practice.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. Upon completion of this undergraduate degree, and with a fondness for public policy, Alex relocated to California and soon began performing legislative and regulatory research in Sacramento for a research law firm. Equipped with this legal experience, Alex then pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University, graduating cum laude.
